The GD25LE128E is a 128Mbit (16MB) low-voltage serial SPI NOR Flash from GigaDevice, 1.65~2.0V (1.8V class), supporting Single/Dual/Quad I/O and QPI, with read up to 133MHz (104MHz QSPI DTR). It has security registers/OTP locks, a 64-bit Unique ID, hardware RESET#, and suspend/resume, in SOP8 / USON8 (3×3mm FO-USON8) / WSON8 / WLCSP — for wearables, IoT, and code storage (XIP).
