GD32F150 Cortex-M3 Enhanced-Analog MCU

The GD32F150 is a value-line 32-bit Arm Cortex-M3 MCU from GigaDevice at 72MHz, with 16~64KB flash / 4~8KB SRAM. Versus the GD32F130, the F150 strengthens analog: beyond the 12-bit ADC it adds a 12-bit DAC and two rail-to-rail low-power comparators — for sensor signal-conditioning and control. With dual SPI/I²C/USART, an advanced PWM timer, 5V-tolerant I/O, and USBFS on selected parts, in LQFP48/64 and QFN28/32.
