FT60F Series General-Purpose 8-bit Flash MCU
The FT60F series are general-purpose 8-bit RISC MCUs from FMD with Flash program memory, a reduced single-cycle instruction set, up to 16MHz, a wide 2.0~5.5V range, on-chip high/low-speed RC oscillators (no external crystal), and separate in-application-programmable data EEPROM. With POR/LVR/LVD, high ESD/EFT immunity, and ISP programming, in packages from SOT23-6 to DIP16, it suits small appliances, toys, and cost-sensitive embedded control (ADC is variant-dependent).

FT61F General-Purpose 8-bit RISC MCU
The FT61F is a general-purpose 8-bit RISC MCU series from FMD (EEPROM-based program memory), up to 16MHz, a wide 2.0~5.5V range, an on-chip 10-bit ADC, two analog comparators, multiple timers, and 4-channel PWM with dead-band. Offered in low-pin-count SOP/MSOP/DIP packages, it suits low-cost control in appliances, small home appliances, and consumer products.

FT25C Series SPI EEPROM
The FT25C series are FMD SPI serial EEPROMs spanning 8Kb~64Kbit, with a wide 1.8~5.5V supply, up to 20MHz SPI clock, >1,000,000 write cycles, and 100-year retention, in SOIC8 / TSSOP8 / DIP8, compatible with industry-standard 25-series (25xxx) SPI EEPROMs. (Note: FMD's separate FT25H series is SPI NOR Flash, not EEPROM.)
