With 2MB flash, 264KB SRAM, a hardwired TCP/IPv4 stack (8 sockets, 32KB/32KB TX/RX buffer), and an embedded 10/100 PHY, it builds compact industrial-Ethernet nodes with no external Ethernet chip. Programmable in C/C++ or MicroPython, with SWD debug.

The W6300 is WIZnet's first Ethernet controller with a dual IPv4/IPv6 hardwired TCP/IP stack, using a high-speed QSPI (single/dual/quad) host interface, a system clock up to 150MHz, and throughput up to ~90Mbps.
