W55RP20 RP2040 + W5500 Ethernet SiP
The W55RP20 is a WIZnet SiP integrating a Raspberry Pi RP2040 (dual Cortex-M0+) with the W5500 hardwired TCP/IP Ethernet controller in a single QFN68 package. With 2MB flash, 264KB SRAM, a hardwired TCP/IPv4 stack (8 sockets, 32KB/32KB TX/RX buffer), and an embedded 10/100 PHY, it builds compact industrial-Ethernet nodes with no external Ethernet chip. Programmable in C/C++ or MicroPython, with SWD debug.

W6300 IPv4/IPv6 Hardwired TCP/IP Ethernet Controller
The W6300 is WIZnet's first Ethernet controller with a dual IPv4/IPv6 hardwired TCP/IP stack, using a high-speed QSPI (single/dual/quad) host interface, a system clock up to 150MHz, and throughput up to ~90Mbps. With an embedded 10/100 PHY (auto-negotiation, Auto-MDIX), 8 hardware sockets, a 64KB buffer, and ICMPv6/WOL support, in 48-LQFP/QFN at 3.3V with 5V-tolerant I/O, it suits IPv6-ready industrial and IoT devices.

WIZ550io Auto-Configurable W5500 Ethernet Module
The WIZ550io is a WIZnet auto-configurable Ethernet module based on the W5500, with a pre-programmed unique MAC address, integrated PHY, transformer, and RJ45 (MAGJACK), and self-initialization on power-up (default IP 192.168.1.2). It connects to a host over SPI (up to 80MHz), with 8 hardware sockets and a 32KB buffer — plug-and-play wired networking for any MCU.
